21-26.11.2016 Training in BJJ Laos - MMA Self defence

I trained at the only BJJ place in Laos: BJJ Laos - MMA Self-defense. The group is still small, but they have large mat space, and provide great quality of knowledge, technical and systematic approach of teaching. Coach Amatha is currently purple belt and does not hesitate to roll every training, great person to train and talk with, being both very technical and careful at the same time. The gym is large with a lot of mat space. I would call it the hidden gem of Vientiane.
